About Us

Advanced Management Group (AMG Nevada LLC) is a full-service property management firm overseeing approximately 9,000 residential units across multifamily, single-family, weekly, and maintenance divisions. We combine strong operational discipline with a forward-thinking approach to technology, automation, and AI integration.

We’re seeking a Systems & AI Integration Manager to lead the management and optimization of our expanding software stack and to help drive the rollout of internal AI tools that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and team productivity.

Position Summary

The Systems & AI Integration Manager is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing AMG’s enterprise software stack and emerging AI infrastructure. This role ensures all business systems—from Entrada and QuickBooks Enterprise to AppFolio, Gearco, NetVendor, and ADP—work cohesively to support efficient operations across AMG’s multifamily, single-family, weekly, and maintenance divisions.

This individual will oversee user access, security permissions, integrations, automations, and the administration of AI tools operating on AMG’s NVIDIA DGX Spark systems. The position bridges IT, operations, and business strategy—ensuring staff have the right tools, permissions, and workflows to perform effectively while enabling AI-driven automation and efficiency initiatives.

Position Responsibilities
  1. Software Administration & Access Management

    • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels across AMG’s primary systems: Entrada, QuickBooks Enterprise Online, AppFolio, Gearco, ADP, NetVendor, Domo, Office 365, and others as needed.
    • Oversee onboarding/offboarding procedures to ensure proper system access and data security.
    • Maintain role-based access controls, security levels, and audit logs.
    • Reset passwords and manage MFA, SSO, and identity integrations.
  2. System Integration & Optimization

    • Map and document all core software systems, user groups, and data flows.
    • Identify and implement integrations between systems using APIs, Zapier, Power Automate, or native connectors.
    • Coordinate updates, data syncing, and troubleshooting between Entrada, QuickBooks, AppFolio, Gearco, and other platforms.
    • Work closely with the Risk Management and HR departments to maintain compliance and security protocols.
  3. AI Infrastructure & Automation

    • Manage AI environments hosted on AMG’s dual NVIDIA DGX Spark systems.
    • Coordinate with leadership to deploy and monitor AI agents for: Vendor compliance and contract analysis, Reporting and dashboard generation, Internal knowledge management and documentation.
    • Maintain and secure API keys, credentials, and data access for AI systems.
    • Support AI pilot programs, including user training, testing, and reporting on results.
    • Maintain an up-to‑date inventory of software licenses, users, and renewal dates.
    • Manage relationships with software vendors and coordinate support escalations.
    • Evaluate new software tools and AI platforms for operational fit and ROI.
  4. Security, Compliance & Documentation

    • Collaborate with HR and Risk Management to ensure compliance with data and access policies.
    • Maintain documentation of all systems, user access levels, and AI data interactions.
    • Conduct periodic access audits and security reviews.
    • Implement best practices for cloud data storage, encryption, and retention.
Required Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in IT systems administration, SaaS management, or business systems analysis.
  • Hands‑on experience with multiple business applications (Entrada, QuickBooks, ADP, Office 365, Domo, etc.).
  • Familiarity with APIs, workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, Power Automate), and light scripting (Python or PowerShell) preferred.
  • Exposure to AI environments or machine‑learning tools (e.g., OpenAI, Ollama, vLLM, NVIDIA AI Workbench) a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities; comfortable coordinating across departments.
