As an Optometric Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations both at the front desk and within the optical department. You’ll be the face of our practice, helping patients feel welcomed and cared for, while also cross-training in optical services, including eyewear selection, fittings and dispenses.   • Provide education on lenses, frames, and eyewear options, guiding patients to make informed decisions.
  • Assist in fitting, measuring, and adjusting eyewear to ensure a proper and comfortable fit.
  • Help manage inventory by stocking optical products, frames, cleaning materials, and contact lenses.
  • Support the opticians and doctors in preparing patients for eye exams and follow-up care.
Required Skills
