Your responsibilities will be:

  • Excellent optical service activities and customer service
  • Work collaboratively with the doctors to implement high patients satisfaction and quality care
  • Maintain frame inventory control and lab inventory/lab orders
  • Developing a superior knowledge of vision plans such as Eyemed and, VSP
  • Assist our optical manager with marketing/promotions including trunk shows and patient appreciation programs

Qualifications:

  • An attitude of compassion and enthusiasm for customer service
  • Previous experience in and optometric practice or a large optical retail operation is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communications and teamwork skills
