The Advanced Products Center (APC) Manufacturing Engineering organization is seeking a highly skilled and motivated process engineer to support manufacturing operations and drive advancements in the thin film process area. This role is centered on manufacturing support and process development of custom multilayer products and processes. Processes include thin film metal deposition, laser drill, photolithography, electroless/electroplating, and wet chemical etching. Responsibility for factory and engineering support, creating and maintaining documentation. The manufacturing engineer will play a critical role in optimizing process yields, addressing production challenges, and ensuring product quality by collaborating with cross-functional teams. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to factory operations, enhance efficiency, and implement process improvements to meet and exceed production goals. The selected candidate will work closely with design, product, process, and test teams to support manufacturing processes and ensure seamless system integration. The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
