Lab Production Manager โ€“ Phoenix, Arizona

Join an independent optical lab that's bringing a fresh vision to the industry. As our Optical Production Lab Supervisor, you'll help lead a dedicated team of 25 across two finishing shifts, ensuring every product meets the highest standards of quality and care. You'll work hand in hand with our Lab Manager to build a best-in-class environment where people and production thrive.

What you'll do

  • Partner with our customer service and outside sales teams to deliver top-quality products to every customer
  • Review the production schedule and adjust it as needed to keep work flowing smoothly
  • Operate and oversee advanced equipment from MEI and Satis Loh
  • Develop team members and support their growth alongside the Lab Manager
  • Drive continuous improvement across processes and finishing operations
  • Foster a positive, best-in-class working environment built on quality and care
