Minimum 3 years of Business Development Experience
Venteon is currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to fill an opening with a Construction Company located in the Metro Detroit area. Must have experience in bidding, estimating and selling construction projects.
Requirements of the Business Development Manager
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction markets, industry players, and procurement processes.
  • Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experienced with Design & Build, Public-Private partnership, or government bidding processes
