The Virginia Eye Institute (VEI) is hiring!ย  VEI is a large and dynamic practice of ophthalmologists and optometrists in the Richmond, VA area.

We are searching for a full-time optical sales associate to join our busy practice.

Job Purposeย 

Greets and welcomes patients in a friendly manner as soon as they arrive in optical locations.

Provides prompt, courteous service to patients either on the phone or in person.

Ensures high quality customer service

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensures a smooth flow of customers through the store by:
    • Processing patientโ€™s paperwork.
    • process.
    • Answers, screens, and forwards incoming phone calls in accordance with NVI protocol.
    • Provides a good first impression by answering the phone promptly within 3 rings.
