DLJ Spectacles Inc is looking for a passionate and personable Optical Sales Associate to join our team in Bay Shore, NY! In this role, you'll help customers find the perfect eyewear while delivering an exceptional in-store experience. Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in selecting frames, lenses, and optical accessories tailored to their needs and style
  • Provide outstanding customer service throughout the entire eyewear selection and purchasing process
  • Explain lens options, coatings, and upgrades to customers to maximize satisfaction
  • Maintain attractive frame displays and ensure showroom is organized and well-stocked
  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals
  • Handle customer inquiries, adjustments, repairs, and follow-ups professionally
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in optical sales, retail sales, or a customer-facing role preferred
