Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the facility's leadership team, including scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and preparing reports
  • Assist with the coordination of meetings and events, including preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and following up on action items
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and mail
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and electronic
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of internal communications and documents

Qualifications:
