Mechanical Engineer (Building Construction)
Location: Miami, FL
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Salary: $90K - $100K
Job Summary
The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for designing HVAC and plumbing systems for high-rise buildings, ensuring code compliance, functionality, and efficiency throughout all project phases.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience designing HVAC, Fire Protection, and Plumbing systems for a multitude of complex building types including commercial, hospitality, multi-family, and high-rise buildings.
  • Professional Engineer licensure preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Leadership abilities.
  • An engineering degree.
  • Excellent client service.
  • Knowledge of general engineering practices.

Required Skills & Required Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience designing HVAC, Fire Protection, and Plumbing systems for a multitude of complex building types including commercial, hospitality, multi-family, and high-rise buildings.
  • Professional Engineer licensure preferred.
