About the Role
We are seeking a Full Stack Java Developer with strong backend expertise and hands-on frontend development experience to help design, build, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. In this role, you will work across the full software development lifecycle, contributing to backend microservices, REST APIs, and modern web interfaces while collaborating with distributed teams in an Agile environment.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience developing applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and PostgreSQL, with a primary focus on backend development (approximately 60%) and frontend development (approximately 40%).
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, resilient, and high-performing applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and modern web technologies.
Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices architectures to support business-critical applications.
Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend solutions using React and JavaScript.
Participate in application design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions.
Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code and create comprehensive unit tests to ensure software quality.
Build and deploy microservices running on internal cloud platforms and public cloud environments.
Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective, scalable solutions.
Collaborate with global teams across multiple regions and time zones to deliver project objectives.
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and code reviews.
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance development efficiency, quality, and delivery processes.

Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong experience with:
