Job description

Responsible & hands on leader to oversee FOH & BOH operations at Snowflake Lodge; provides work direction to staff; completes daily shift summary report; coordinates cage run deliveries of F&B items, verifying accuracy of order & quality of product; establishes & maintains clear communication with other department's operations; ensures assigned work stations are adequately staffed. HS Diploma/GED & 3 years' experience incl'd 1 yr supervisory/lead exp req'd. Also req'd valid Driver's License & Sheriff's & Alcohol Awareness Cards. Work schedule includes weekends & holidays. Rate: $26/hr. *Food & beverage and recreation discounts*
