OPS (TEMPORARY) CUSTODIAL WORKER

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be willing and able to work weekends and holidays as required
  • Must be willing and able to work at least 20 hours a week
  • Must be willing and able to lift 50 pounds
  • Successful completion of the due diligence process to include, but not limited to, a Level II background check and drug test

PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Have at least one year of cleaning experience in a commercial setting

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Incumbent will report directly to the House Keeping and Laundry Manager with primary responsibility for but not limited to cleaning of all common areas and resident rooms. 

  • Responsible for oversight and cleaning of all resident common areas, windows, all porches, & interior areas as assigned. This includes the emptying and cleaning of the trashcans, straightening, replacing of furniture, dust mopping, and wet mopping
  • Pressure wash porches and exterior building
  • Clean window and door glass in assigned areas
  • Monitor equipment, furniture, and fixtures in the area of your responsibility
  • Report major repair needs
  • Perform other custodial duties as required

This is an OPS (Temporary) position
