Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including intake interviews and standardized screenings, to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment strategies.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address the specific challenges and aspirations of each client, drawing upon evidence-based methodologies.
• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a nurturing space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings while utilizing effective therapeutic techniques.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure a seamless and holistic approach to client care.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and providing a spectrum of mental health services.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working with individuals in crisis or those with complex mental health needs.
