Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for a varied array of clinical tasks, each contributing to our overarching goal of improving mental health outcomes. Your duties will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand the unique needs of each patient, taking into account their historical context and presenting issues.
• Designing individualized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to address the specific challenges faced by clients.
• Administering therapeutic interventions and closely monitoring progress to ensure adjustments are made as necessary to meet treatment objectives.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records, in full compliance with HIPAA standards and organizational policies, ensuring confidentiality and security of patient information.
• Collaborating with a cross-functional team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care for each patient.
• Engaging in regular case consultations and professional development workshops to enhance clinical skills and contribute to effective team dynamics.
• Providing education, support, and resources to patients and their families to enhance understanding of mental health issues and empower them in their treatment journey.
• Staying informed about the latest developments in mental health research, integrating new knowledge into practice to improve client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position focuses on assisting children, adolescents, and their families, addressing a wide range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related experiences. By creating a safe and nurturing environment, you will help clients navigate their personal journeys toward healing and resilience.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• A valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Georgia, demonstrating professional competency and ethical practice.
• A minimum of three years' experience in a clinical setting, particularly with psychotherapy services for children and adolescents.
• Expertise in solution-based therapeutic methodologies and strong familiarity with various psychotherapeutic techniques.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a school-based setting, understanding the unique challenges and dynamics of working within educational environments.
• Proficiency in teletherapy and remote counseling practices.
• Familiarity with community resources and support services available for families.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
