Qualifications
  • Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia.
  • A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in providing direct counseling services in a clinical or outpatient setting.

  • Advanced training or certification in specialized therapeutic techniques.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 300,000 to 400,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include a generous sign-on bonus for qualified candidates, flexible scheduling, remote work opportunities, and ongoing professional development support.
