Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that respect their cultural, social, and personal backgrounds.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solutions-based psychotherapy, to enhance clients' well-being.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, adhering to ethical standards and compliance regulations.
• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care.
• Educate clients and their families about treatment options, mental health resources, and coping strategies, fostering an understanding of mental health challenges.
• Stay updated with current mental health research, best practices, and relevant community resources to continuously improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
