$18.00-$21.00 per hour depending on experience

Monday - Friday

Responsibilities

  • Select, pull/order, and locate customer online orders from all platforms: OPG, eBay, Subaru of the Rockies, and Walmart
  • If a VIN is provided, check that the part is correct for that VIN. If not, contact the customer to see how to proceed.
  • For OPG orders, make sure all parts are scanned and verified
  • Do bank transfers, taxes, and other accounting tasks.
  • Ship merchandise utilizing proper shipping standards and correct packaging to minimize damage to merchandise
    • Provide correct tracking to customers via the platform they used
    • Read and respond to customer notes and emails
    • Make sure the correct parts are going to the correct address
  • Provide a positive customer online experience so that customers want to return to shop with us again
  • Keep all parts department areas clean (sweeping, wiping down bins, emptying trash cans, etc.)

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds, bend, stretch, stand for extended periods of time, climb stairs, reach, twist, sit, and walk
  • Must have good phone skills

Additional Notes

  • 1-hour unpaid lunch breaks are allotted each shift
    • Extended lunch breaks and time adjustments must be pre-approved
  • The Parts Manager must approve all overtime before reaching 40 hours
