What We're Looking For:

  • Experience - 2-5 years of machine operator experience; experience with trenchers is considered an asset.
  • Education - High school diploma required; general mechanical certifications or training preferred.
  • Skills - Strong understanding of heavy equipment operation and maintenance, with proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical issues.
  • Mindset - Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of working independently in diverse conditions.
