Driver / Field Operator Trainee (Full-Time)
Haul-My-Mess.com – South Euclid / Cleveland Area

We are hiring a Driver / Field Operator Trainee to help with junk removal, light demolition, and small dumpster jobs.

This is a hands-on, physical job. You’ll be working directly with the owner, learning how the work is done, and taking on more responsibility as you prove yourself.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Junk removal (lifting, loading, sorting materials)

  • Assisting with light demolition work

  • Driving non-CDL trucks (training provided)

  • Helping with small dumpster deliveries and pickups

  • Working directly with customers on-site

Training & Expectations

You are not expected to know everything on day one.

You are expected to:

  • Show up on time, every day

  • Pay attention and learn quickly

  • Follow direction

  • Ask questions when unsure

A big part of this job is knowing when to stop and ask instead of forcing something unsafe or incorrect.
