Meador Manufacturing is a family-owned precision CNC machine shop in Walton Hills, Ohio. We produce high-quality machined parts in a shop that pairs modern equipment with a real family feel.
We are seeking a reliable Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. This is an entry-level operator and general labor role. The ideal candidate is dependable, willing to learn, and comfortable doing a mix of shop-floor work. This position is critical to keeping production moving and making sure finished parts are handled, assembled, sorted, and packed to our quality standards.
The Production Associate will work in a fast-paced shop environment and support both machine operation and hands-on production tasks.
Shift (floating schedule)

  • Monday–Thursday: 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Friday: 6:30 AM – Noon (optional overtime)
  • NO WEEKENDS
What you’ll do
  • Assist with basic CNC mill and lathe operation under guidance
  • Load and unload parts, keep machines supplied, and support setups as trained
  • Assemble components as needed
  • Sort, inspect, count, and package finished parts
  • Label, box, and prepare orders for shipment
  • Move material, keep work areas clean, and help with general shop labor
  • Follow quality standards, safety rules, and work instructions
  • Work with operators, quality, and shipping to keep jobs on schedule
