Shift/Schedule: 2nd Shift/2pm - 10:30pm
Pay: Base + Shift Differential = $21/hour (+ based on experience)

What You'll Do 

  • Work with cross functional production teams and provide coverage to various lines or processes 
  • Makes proper hook-ups and line set-up activities for starting and operating lines
  • Organizes and executes rework 
  • Ensure line communication boards are filled out
  • Trains new team members on-line operation, including equipment and control system operation, documentation and sampling requirements 
  • Responsible for troubleshooting and communicating production issues to Supervisor   
  • Safely operates a forklift in order to keep assigned work area supplied with necessary production materials  
  • Audits line staff's paperwork to ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and in real time

What You'll Need 

  • 3 years of manufacturing experience, ideally in a food, process, high-speed packaging or Form-Fill-Seal industry
  • Previous forklift experience
  • Technical knowledge of aseptic processes, equipment and products
  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Ability to interpret, communicate and execute plans or instructions in a time sensitive manner with limited direction and resources 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 55 lbs) 
  • Team-player mindset who shows up on time and ready to work
