Fresh Cut Operator

As a fresh cut operator you will be responsible for cutting peppers and onions for fajitas & kabobs..... Also cutting and stuffing mushrooms and jalapenos.... Packaging of product and keeping the work area clean and sanitized.... The hours are 8am -- till your done, there is no set time to be off, it all depends on orders and prepping ahead.....This position works in a refrigerated area at 38 degrees to ensure our cold chain that is essential to making sure our product is top quality.... Days of work are Sunday thru Friday, everybody has Saturday off and will be given a set day off during the week... MUST PASS DRUG TEST AND BACKGROUND CHECK.
Summary
As a Fresh Cut Operator, you will be integral to our food production process, ensuring high-quality standards in manufacturing and food handling. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will utilize your core skills in food production and in sanitation and HACCP compliance.
