Position Summary

Our manufacturing facility in Miami, Oklahoma, stands as a testament to the pet care industry's excellence. Nestled along the Historic Route 66 in northeast Oklahoma, near the borders of Kansas, Missouri, and Arkansas, this facility has been producing a wide array of pet treat products and brands since its inception in 1997. With an unwavering commitment to quality and safety, our factory plays a pivotal role in serving a vast region as we drive the future of pet treat innovation. As an Operator Utility, you'll perform a variety of tasks within our dynamic warehouse environment to support production efficiency.  Much of your responsibility will focus on ensuring that our equipment and machinery remain in top-notch condition. Your ability to acclimate and problem solve quickly will be critically important as unforeseen equipment issues may arise throughout the normal operation day. Successful candidates must maintain a great attendance record and must be able to work overtime and off shifts.

  • Safely operate the extruders, dryers, mixer, receiving and coating application system and other related equipment. 
  • Perform quality checks and meet product specifications
  • Maintain a safe and clean workplace and perform sanitation duties and material handling.
  • Safely and efficiently operate, troubleshoot, and make minor repairs on operating equipment using lock out procedures, as prescribed.
  • Utilize computer technology and basic math skills to effectively perform job requirements.
  • Occasionally will work at high heights within plant to fulfill job responsibilities.

The current shift option for this role is 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Monday-Friday. 

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, military or related environment

The approximate hourly pay rate for this position is $21.58. Please note that the pay rate provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
