If interested in this Packaging Operator position APPLY NOW for IMMEDIATE consideration Brittney Blackman | bblackman@alinestaffing.com | text 5867107970 PACKAGING OPERATOR | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION: Location: Woburn MA 01801 – 100% on-site Payrate: $20/hr Required Availability: Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM PACKAGING OPERATOR | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS: The Packaging Operator will maintain precise documentation of manufacturing activities while performing routine equipment cleaning and inventory counts in a regulated environment. This role is responsible for the manual inspection, labeling, and packaging of clinical and commercial products to ensure they meet strict quality and safety specifications.

This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates PACKAGING OPERATOR | RESPONSIBILITIES: Inspection & Labeling: Manually inspect clinical and commercial products, components, and in-process packaging to ensure they meet strict quality specifications. Packaging: Perform finished product packaging and remove any defective materials or products from the line. Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of manufacturing activities, including inventory counts and device history records.

Safety & Maintenance: Participate in daily safety discussions and audits; perform routine cleaning of packaging stations and equipment. Compliance: Strictly follow all gowning requirements, personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols, and hazardous waste handling procedures. PACKAGING OPERATOR | REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.

6+ months of industry-related work experience required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex procedures. Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations for batch record completion.

Familiarity with computers and general business software. Excellent documentation practices and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Physical/Technical: Ability to read and understand technical documentation and quality specifications.
