Overview

Are you a skilled Milling/CNC Machinist looking to take your career to the next level? Are you interested in working 4 ten hour shifts and having three days free a week? We have openings for two shifts Wednesday through Sat 4 ten hour days and Sunday through Wednesday Join our dynamic team in Windsor, CT, where innovation meets precision. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and programming CNC machines to produce high-quality components that meet our clients' specifications. If you have a passion for machining and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision parts.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree in machining or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a CNC machinist, with a strong understanding of milling operations.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing highquality work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Manual dexterity to handle small parts and tools.
  • Capability to lift up lift to 50 pounds as needed.
