Job description

We are looking for machine operators to join our team on 1st and 2nd shift. This role involves operating a variety of machines and supporting overall production.

Job Duties

  • Set up and run machines such as saws, drill presses, tube rollers, and finishing equipment
  • Help clean, smooth, and finish metal parts (deburring and general cleanup)
  • Help with team-based jobs that require more than one person
  • Load and unload materials safely
  • Watch machines while they run and make small adjustments if needed
  • Check finished parts to make sure they meet quality standards
  • Follow all safety rules and wear required safety gear
  • Keep your work area clean and organized
  • Help wherever needed to keep production moving
  • Do other related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of machines or manufacturing preferred
  • Willingness to learn how to run different types of equipment
  • Ability to read basic blueprints is a plus
  • Ability to use simple measuring tools like a tape measure (calipers/micrometers are a plus)
  • Able to follow instructions and pay attention to detail
  • Able to stand for long periods and do physical work
  • Good attitude and willing to work as part of a team
