Your Role:

Join our operations team as a Luxury Rental Property Management Team Member, where you'll play a key role in managing and caretaking luxury vacation rentals throughout the year in the stunning Jackson Hole valley. This role primarily involves fieldwork along with some office responsibilities.

Location: Jackson Hole, Wyoming; In person - primarily field work but some office work

Job Type: Full time

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough property inspections using provided checklists, including pre-arrival and post-departure rental inspections.
  • Handle caretaking of properties, attending to basic needs and seasonal-specific checklists.
  • Utilize user-friendly software to track inspections and manage daily tasks at properties.
  • Assist with guest requests as needed.
  • Perform regular property inspections weekly.
  • Update and maintain inspection reports in Breezeway software.
  • Manage seasonal checklists for property upkeep.
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless property management and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Willingness to learn and grow in a team environment.
  • Punctuality and dependability.
  • Own vehicle required for traveling to properties throughout the valley (compensation for mileage/gas and upkeep provided).
  • Proficiency with cell phone apps and email.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and manage time efficiently.
  • Strong prioritization skills and attention to detail.
  • Capable of lifting at least 50 lbs, as the job involves some physical exertion.

  • Gained proficiency in Breezeway software and perform weekly inspections.
  • Understood and implemented the SUS process for pre- and post-guest stays.
  • Gotten a firm grasp on their day-to-day responsibilities and be able to complete them effectively.
