This role oversees daily non-clinical operations and partners with clinical, administrative, and support service teams to promote effective patient flow, service excellence, and regulatory compliance. The Operations Supervisor is responsible for coordinating site operations including supply chain processes, vendor services, property management needs, emergency preparedness, safety initiatives, and operational readiness. The role supports environmental services, volunteer services, campus events, and facility-related workflows to ensure a seamless experience for patients, visitors, and team members. This position monitors workflows, resolves operational issues in real time, and serves as the on-site lead during urgent situations or emergency events. The Operations Supervisor supports implementation of organizational initiatives, process improvements, technology changes, and space enhancement projects as directed. The Operations Supervisor fosters a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement while maintaining high service standards across the campus. Other related duties as assigned.**Job Title:** Supervisor MAC Operations **Minimum Education:** Associate's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Health Services Administration, Public Administration, Operations Management, or related field.* Four (4) years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, ambulatory operations, hospital operations, or related environment may be considered in place of the required education.**Preferred Education:** Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Health Services Administration, Public Administration, Operations Management, or related field.**Minimum Experience Required:**Three (3) years of experience in healthcare operations, ambulatory operations, hospital operations, facilities operations, or related environment required, with at least one (1) year of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred. Experience coordinating daily operations, resolving operational issues, supporting patient-facing services, and working collaboratively across departments required.
