The Operations Supervisor contributes to AHF by leading and coordinating programs that support patient retention, patient
access, patient satisfaction, client engagement, operational quality, compliance, workforce readiness, and operational excellence. This role ensures that critical patient-facing programs, workflow systems, audits, reporting functions, and support services are consistently managed to improve patient outcomes, service delivery, and organizational performance.
The Operations Supervisor enhances the reputation of AHF by providing exceptional operational support that promotes service excellence, patient-centered care, accountability, responsiveness, and continuous improvement. Through effective communication, strong relationship management, and proactive problem solving. The Operations Supervisor helps strengthen the patient experience and reinforces AHF's commitment to high-quality care and service.

The Operations Supervisor will work as a part of a close-knit team to support patient retention, outreach, engagement, compliance,
training, reporting, electronic workflow management, and daily operational functions across the Department of Medicine. This role
collaborates with healthcare centers and organizational leaders to ensure programs are effectively coordinated, monitored, improved, and executed in support of AHF's mission and strategic priorities.
Compensation: $70,000-75,000
