Position Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and action‑oriented Manager – Business Operations to support and scale our Web and CTV businesses. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency across teams, owning critical business processes end‑to‑end, and driving cross‑functional execution. You will work closely with product, sales, Tech and analytics teams to keep strategic initiatives on track, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure the business is moving cohesively toward its goals. You will act as the operational "glue" that holds teams together — translating business priorities into action, building scalable processes, tracking progress, and ensuring accountability across stakeholders.

What you will be doing? Business Planning & Execution
  • Identify Near to mid term growth opportunities and plan delivery path.
  • Drive planning and execution for Web and CTV business priorities.
  • Ensure key initiatives are properly scoped, resourced, tracked, and delivered on time.
  • Own end-to‑end execution of specific projects and workstreams critical to business growth.
Cross-Functional Orchestration
  • Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Facilitate clear communication, accountability, and decision‑making across teams at a very high speed.
  • Identify operational gaps, dependencies, and risks — and drive timely resolution.
Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement
  • Design and implement operational processes to increase team efficiency and improve delivery timelines.
  • Set up and manage systems for tracking KPIs, OKRs, and project milestones.
  • Identify and remove barriers to execution, streamline cross‑functional workflows, and document best practices.
Business Ownership
  • Take ownership of select operational areas (e.g., New market development, new feature release and Adoption) with full accountability for performance.
What are we looking for?
  • 5–8 years of experience in business operations, strategy and operations, preferably in a digital media, adtech, or technology environment.
  • Strong execution focus with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform operational decisions (proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets; bonus for Tableau, Looker, or SQL).
  • Experience operating in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and change — ability to bring order and structure to evolving business needs.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus but not mandatory.
