This role is responsible for driving delivery across cross-functional initiatives, facilitating collaboration between team leaders, and providing clear, consistent progress updates to executive leadership.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, execution-focused, and comfortable operating at both tactical and strategic levels, managing day-to-day project execution while also maintaining and communicating the company's broader roadmap. If you thrive in fast-moving environments, enjoy bringing structure to complexity, and take pride in driving initiatives from planning through execution, we want to talk to you!

Key Responsibilities

Cross-Functional Project Ownership

  • Own and manage multiple concurrent projects spanning Engineering, Operations, Product, Marketing, Compliance, and other departments
  • Act as the single source of truth for project status, risks, dependencies, and timelines
  • Ensure alignment between business priorities, technical execution, and operational readiness

Planning & Roadmap Management

  • Maintain and continuously refine the company-level roadmap, ensuring visibility into near-term and long-term initiatives
  • Coordinate prioritization discussions with department leads and executives
  • Track dependencies and sequencing across teams to prevent conflicts and bottlenecks

    • Cross-functional project meetings
    • Team-lead syncs and status reviews

  • Capture decisions, action items, and follow-ups, ensuring accountability and closure

Execution & Delivery Management

  • Track progress against milestones, timelines, and commitments
  • Identify risks early and proactively drive mitigation strategies
  • Escalate blockers appropriately with clear context and recommended options
  • Ensure projects move forward efficiently without unnecessary friction or ambiguity

Process & Operational Rigor

  • Establish and reinforce consistent project management practices across teams
  • Improve visibility, reporting, and communication standards
  • Support continuous improvement of delivery processes as the organization scales

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager in a cross-functional environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams across diverse teams simultaneously
  • Strong experience facilitating meetings with both individual contributors and executive leadership
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to translate high-level goals into executable plans and timelines
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving, evolving environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working alongside Engineering, Product, and Operations teams
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models (formal certification not required)
  • Experience maintaining company-level roadmaps and executive reporting
  • Strong judgment in prioritization, escalation, and trade-off discussions
  • Background in regulated, fintech, SaaS, or technology-driven organizations

What Success Looks Like in This Role

  • Teams are aligned, informed, and moving in the same direction
  • Executives have clear, reliable visibility into progress, risks, and priorities
  • Projects move forward with fewer surprises, fewer missed handoffs, and stronger accountability
  • The organization operates from a single, cohesive roadmap rather than fragmented plans
