Learn more about our benefits. What You'll Do The winning candidate will be a motivated and analytical Project/Program Manager to join our team as a Business Operations & Strategy Project Manager. This role will support strategic planning, program management, and business analytics in a dynamic technology environment.

You will be responsible for key initiatives, maintain operating cadence, and develop insights that inform decision-making across the organization while ensuring compliance and confidentiality in all documentation and processes. Role Responsibilities: Assist in creating and maintaining an operating rhythm playbook for a growing organization. Support program management for key meetings, forums, and technical projects.

Help prepare executive communications for strategic planning and business reviews. Contribute to dashboards, trackers, and scorecards for performance visibility. Assist with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) to provide business insights

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to project deliverables. Ensure compliance with company standards and confidentiality requirements in documentation (e.g., part numbers, shipment conformity). Participate in change management and adoption efforts for new tools and processes

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or MBA in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); SQL, familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated initiative and growth through previous assignments. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in business operations, analytics, or strategy.
