PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading company in the utility industry to find a driven Operations Services Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving operational challenges that directly impact customers and business performance.
In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting critical utility operations processes, ensuring accurate reporting, efficient account management, and seamless customer service support.
What You'll Do
As an Operations Services Specialist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Processing Consecutive Estimates (ZM20) terminations
  • Conducting inactive flat rate sewer-only premise investigations
  • Managing flat rate move-out BPEM processing (ZC79)
  • Preparing and maintaining daily Consecutive Estimate reporting
  • Reviewing operational data for accuracy and completeness
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve account and service-related issues
  • Delivering excellent customer support while maintaining efficiency and professionalism

Required Qualifications
  • Strong technology skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
