Job Description:
Job Title : Harness AWS Devops Engineer
Location : Chicago, IL - Hybrid 2 to 3 Days Onsite
Duration : 6 to 12 months.
Passport number is mandatory at the time of submission for H1/EAD applicants.
Chicago (local candidates only) for F2F Interview.
Description
Exposure to AWS DevOps Services, including experience in Harness deployments involving technology like Java, Angular, React / Steligent
Technical Skills:
• Min 8+ years of hands-on experience building Devops solutions.
• Expertise in release management • Expertise using DevOps Harness
• Expertise in tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, Atlassian products like Bitbucket, confluence and JIRA
• Expertise in Build and deployment.
• Expertise in CICD, deployment implementations
• Hands on in migrating cloud and data Center application using EKS, Fargate and ECS
• Knowledge in any cloud, preferably PCF is required.
• Knowledge in web server technologies, Micro Services, Java, Networking technologies, load balancing.
• 4+ years of experience in building Monitoring solutions using AppDynamics, Splunk, set up and test proactive monitoring alerts, solid experience in PowerShell/Python scripting
• Will also proactively monitor systems using enterprise/platform adapted monitoring tools, and respond to incidents
• Will also be responsible for ensuring any production deployable code has all the necessary Alerts, necessary logging needed to debugging and work with operations to update runbook
• Will be working with multiple teams to identify areas of improvement within the platform and build a solution to automate monitoring solutions for the next-generation platform, technology and constant innovations to drive efficiencies
• Will be responsible for implementing tracing, monitoring, tooling solutions to maximize the performance and availability of our Web applications.

• Broad range of development capabilities and technological breadth
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills to provide detailed root cause analysis, resolution options, and long term improvements to avoid issues in the future
