Raytheon's Lower Tier Air and Missile Defense Sensor Program (LTAMDS) is seeking a Program Operations Manager to work at our Andover, MA facility.

What You Will Do

  • Manage coordination and execution of program schedules across Global Supply Chain Management, Subcontracts, Engineering, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams.

  • Support Manufacturing Operations strategy through the application of CORE and R6 Sigma best practices.

  • Lead development and implementation of cost-reduction initiatives for both recurring production and new business opportunities.

  • Coordinate Operations inputs for new development and production bids and proposals.

  • Develop production plans and Make/Where strategies, and author manufacturing and operations sections of technical proposals.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.

  • Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) / Material Resource Planning (MRP) systems, including but not limited to SAP, Kinaxis, PRISM/CMES.

  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams in both tactical execution and strategic planning to drive results and remove organizational barriers.

  • Leadership experience in fast-paced technical or manufacturing environments involving multiple organizations; demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing cross-functional teams.

  • Strong business acumen with demonstrated ownership of budget and schedule performance.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • EVMS L2 Certification or ability to learn.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
