* Ensure all deliverables are delivered to the customer according to the manufacturing schedule
* Develop, Execute and Monitor plans that support the Business Operating Plan
* Ensure Manufacturing execution is aligned with Program and Customer demand / requirements
* Work with Factory supports to resolve issues that require Supplier or Program or Customer action
* Work with production team and the program for Transitioning hardware from New Product Introduction to the final Production line
* Identify and mitigate technical and schedule risks to program execution
* Manage and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule for Operations activities
* Manage the Master Demand Schedule for assigned programs
* Liaison between Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Program Office
* Participate in program meetings (PMM, IMS, EV Reviews)
* Report status across various factories to upper management
* Manage cost accounts for assigned programsPhysical Location & The Role - This role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work. Full-Time Salary Range: $118095 - $200762 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
