Job description

Operations Program Manager

In need of an Operations Program Manager to serve as the primary point of contact between clients and customers, supporting build-to-print and sustaining operations. This role is responsible for managing sustaining engineering programs, supporting new product introductions, and driving cost reduction and continuity of supply initiatives for advanced medical devices.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main customer interface for operations programs, ensuring production schedules and purchase order coverage are maintained
  • Plan and execute sustaining engineering projects focused on supply continuity and cost reduction
  • Lead cross-functional coordination for monthly meetings, steering committees, and quarterly business reviews
  • Provide program and project management oversight for sustaining and operations initiatives
  • Support production, process development, and new product introduction activities
  • Partner with quality, manufacturing, supply chain, marketing, and finance teams
  • Monitor program performance, schedules, and costs to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or Operations
  • Functional experience in program management
  • Experience managing complex electro-mechanical products in a regulated environment
  • Medical device experience and familiarity with FDA regulations required
  • Knowledge of ISO 13485 preferred
  • PMP certification
