Raytheon has an immediate need for a Program Operations Manager (POM) supporting the Global Patriot Product Line within the Land and Air Defense Strategic Business Unit in Andover, MA. This critical role will be responsible for the execution and deliveries of Returns, Repairs, and end items to our 19 ally countries that depend on our products to protect their citizens, infrastructure and sovereignty. This individual will be responsible for coordinating efforts across multiple functions supporting critical Returns and Repairs with in the Advanced Electronics Subassembly value stream. Working with Manufacturing Work Centers, and other Functional Partners to ensure successful completion of our Returns and repairs for our patriot partners. This opportunity will provide senior level exposure, the ability to work independently while at the same time, requiring exceptional collaboration skills to enable strong results. What You Will Do * Managing the coordination and execution of program schedules with Global Supply Chain Management, Subcontracts, Engineering, and other functional areas.
* Support efforts to establish and coordinate all actions are in place to support our customer commitments.
* Coordinate Drive and mitigate accountability across our business teams and escalate across cross functional teams.
* Reducing our Repair Turn Around Time. Qualifications You Must Have * Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.
* Leadership experience supporting cross-functional teams.
* Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Qualifications We Prefer * Understanding of manufacturing tool sets and how to leverage information from material receipt through DD250 within a defense contracting organization.
* Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) / Material Resource Planning (MRP) systems, including but not limited to SAP, Kinaxis, PRISM/CMES.
* Previous manufacturing process experience.
* EVMS L2 Certification or ability to learn.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
