Job description

POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
The area of responsibilities includes a blend of administrative leadership, financial management, and programmatic oversight to ensure the effective operation of healthcare programs funded through grants. Assists in the daily operations of the assigned clinic(s) as well as process improvement efforts to decrease errors and improve overall clinic operations. Provides leadership to staff to accomplish department needs. Collaborates with the Management team for the strategic planning, development and implementation of clinic programs to deliver service to University Health patients. Performs assigned duties efficiently and complies with instructions from supervisor to whom responsible. Coordinates different office activities and maintains good guest and working relations.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field OR four years of equivalent experience. Experience in project coordination, data analysis, reporting, and planning is preferred.
