  • Build and maintain centralized tracking and reporting across active programs, with clear status visibility and risk flagging for senior stakeholders

  • Partner with commercial teams early in the contracting and sales process to ensure commitments are realistic and properly resourced

  • Coordinate across product, sales, onboarding, and customer organizations to drive on-time delivery and resolve escalations

  • Build relationships and operating with credibility across senior stakeholders in multiple functions

  • Take on additional program management initiatives across product operations as priorities evolve, bringing consistent rigor and cross-functional coordination to a range of work

Additional Job Responsibilities:

  • Own programs with direct, measurable impact on customer retention and revenue

  • Operate at the intersection of product and commercial organizations with high visibility to senior leadership

  • You'll have broad exposure across Product Management, with the opportunity to contribute to a variety of programs

  • You'll be building something - this is an emerging function with real opportunity to grow and influence

Expected Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • 7+ years of professional experience in program management, product operations, or a related field

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs with multiple senior stakeholders

  • Strong cross-functional influence with excellent communication skills across different audiences and organizational levels

  • Experience working at the intersection of product and commercial teams, preferably in healthcare or B2B SaaS

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a track record of bringing structure to ambiguous environments

  • Comfortable operating independently and making sound judgment calls without close supervision
