Job description

Program Manager requires:

  • Program Management Project Management Manufacturing Steel Metals Plant Operations Production Planning Supply Chain ERP SAP Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma Continuous Improvement Operational Excellence
  • 5+ years' experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Operations Management
  • Background in manufacturing, steel, metals, or heavy industrial environments
  • Plant operations / production environments
  • Supply chain and production planning
  • Cross-functional program leadership
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in steel, metals, or metal fabrication
  • PMP certification or similar
  • Engineering or operations-related degree
  • Experience leading plant-level initiatives or capital projects

Duties:

  • Lead and manage multiple manufacturing and operations programs from planning through execution
  • Partner with plant operations, engineering, and supply chain to ensure on-time production and delivery
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, operational excellence)
  • Oversee production planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization
