Job Description Join our program management team leading the development and eventual production and growth of advanced, mission-critical Very Low Frequency (VLF) transmitters. This role is within our Tactical Systems Product Line, supporting the Maritime Product Area in the creation of systems to meet the growing demand in the US government for transportable VLF systems. As Program Manager, you will lead projects and pursuits in this area, supported by a cross-functional team across Engineering, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Quality, and more. The successful Program Manager will have the opportunity to grow with this portfolio and provide leadership to and be supported by deputy Program Managers as additional contracts are on-boarded. * Perform tasks across the Project Management processes of initiating, organizing, integrating, planning, managing & controlling, developing and completing projects or programs.
* Track progress and ensure achievement of financial, schedule, technical and/or new business performance objectives.
* Lead and support new business development activities: creating strategic and financial plans for the assigned business area, and leading the pursuit and capture of programs to grow the area.
* Exhibit sound interpersonal skills involving interfacing, coordinating and negotiating with cross-functional company personnel, customers, and suppliers.
* Utilize computer skills to prepare appropriate plans, reports, and documents.
* Make decisions using sound judgment while complying with company policies, procedures, appropriate principles and applicable state and federal laws and regulations;
* Analyze, evaluate, develop and implement processes and systems to complete programs within budget, on-time, and within technical requirements.
Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely. Required Education, Experience, & Skills * Bachelor's Degree with 12+ years relevant experience, or Master's Degree with 10+ years relevant experience.
* Experience with Aerospace industry or similar.

* Models and demonstrates leadership in ethics, safety and security.
* Effective problem solving skills, evidenced by success in resolving challenging project constraints.

Full-Time Salary Range: $153377 - $260743 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
