Program/Contract Manager Summary: Leads program execution and is accountable for overall work performance, including integrated team oversight, customer engagement, planning, staffing, risk and issue management, and performance monitoring to keep delivery aligned with mission priorities, schedule goals, and operational outcomes. Required Skills: * Master's degree in a business or technical field (e.g., MBA, M.S. in Management or Engineering). * Experience managing complex federal IT programs with multiple integrated workstreams and cross-functional teams * 10–15 years of program management experience supporting DoD acquisition programs, including complex federal IT delivery, multi-team Agile execution, DevSecOps practices, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and enterprise system integration * Ability to oversee program planning, staffing, schedule performance, risk and issue management, and customer communications * Knowledge of Agile software delivery, release coordination, and production sustainment * Experience supporting cloud environments, with knowledge of common platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) * Experience tracking program metrics, managing priorities, and driving execution in support of enterprise mission systems * Project Management Professional (PMP), SAFe® Agilist (SA) or SAFe® Program Consultant (SPC), DAWIA Level III in Program Management (or equivalent). * Working knowledge of AI concepts and practical applications Desired Qualifications: * Prior experience supporting Army or DoD contracting systems, Appian-based delivery, and continuous improvement in a multi-organization environment is highly desired * Comp Tia Sec+ certification * Appian or low-code platform program delivery experience preferred Responsibilities: * Manage overall program execution across integrated workstreams * Oversee planning, staffing, schedules, risks, and issues while ensuring staff continuity, workforce readiness, and compliance * Coordinate with Government stakeholders and internal team leads * Lead project management, transition planning, milestone tracking, and communication of risks/challenges * Track performance, priorities, and delivery outcomes * Support governance, reporting, and continuous improvement activities #DSA209 #LI-JE1 The posted salary range is a good-faith estimate.
