Job description

At a Glance:

Broad River Retail is currently seeking a Professional, Operations - Showroom Execution to join our new Show Room Execution Team operating out of our Fort Mill DC Location.  This well-organized team will partner with DC and Retail Operations and be customer facing.  The position is responsible for leading a small team to complete daily goals both at the DC and in various retail locations while operating and traveling in a company vehicle.  Leading this team to support our surrounding retail locations with inventory transfers, receiving of inventory, loading and unloading of furniture, furniture prep and assembly in addition to floor moves and repackaging of sold product.

A Day in the Life as this Memory Maker:

  • Efficiently navigate through multiple operational software programs 

  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service 

  • Interdepartmental communications 

  • Lead department start up meetings daily at DC Location 

  • Exhibit personal excellence by accepting cross-training opportunities 

  • Maintain personal and facility safety by following all material handling and safety guidelines 

  • Follow company Attendance Policies 

  • Track attendance and maintain Paycom edits, time off requests and approvals 

  • Verify items on transfer 

  • Update PAI according to documented process 

  • Maintain IQ Productivity Spreadsheet 

  • Research and communicate Inbound shorts, overs, and damages and provide organized information to management via the documented process  

  • Retrieve delivery BOLs and build Barcode Receiving Batches 

  • Assist with FP&A and showroom moves 

  • Direct showroom moves 

  • Prepare  

  • All other duties as assigned
