AT A GLANCE:
Broad River Retail is seeking a dynamic and hands-on Showroom Execution Team, Professional, to join our Operations Team. This role is essential to bridging daily logistics and operational excellence between our Distribution Center (DC) and retail locations. As an Operations Professional, you will lead a small team in executing critical tasks including inventory transfers, furniture receiving, loading/unloading, prep, assembly, and showroom floor moves-all while operating a company vehicle and working in both warehouse and retail environments. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, physical, team-oriented setting and enjoys a blend of leadership and hands-on work.
DAY IN THE LIFE AS A MEMORY MAKER:
• Utilize operational software efficiently while maintaining strong interdepartmental communication and customer service.
• Load and unload trucks at warehouse and retail locations using appropriate equipment, ensuring no damage to products.
• Lead department start up meeting daily at DC Location
• Exhibit personal excellence by accepting cross-training opportunities
• Maintain personal and facility safety by following all material handling and safety guidelines
• Follow company Attendance Policies
• Track attendance and maintain Paycom edits, time off requests and approvals
• Verify items on transfers
• Tag merchandise accurately with pricing in accordance with Tag Standards
• Update PAI according to documented process
• Maintain IQ Productivity Spreadsheet
• Manage inbound discrepancies, receiving documentation, and showroom moves; support and product preparation and movement as needed.
• All other duties as assigned

WORKPLACE ENVIRONMENT:
While performing the duties of this job the employee is:
• Regularly required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch on concrete flooring

• Working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday
