Electronics Operator 3: Fort Worth Alliance Area
Join a high-tech production team supporting advanced drone and electronics operations. As an Operator 3, you will perform detailed inspection, assembly, testing, and packaging tasks in a quality-driven, clean production environment. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, precision processes, and being part of a structured team meeting daily production goals.
Required Qualifications:
•High School Diploma or GED
•Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
•Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
•Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high-quality production environment
•Team-oriented with a strong sense of urgency
•Reliable attendance and schedule flexibility
•Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
•Ability to stand or sit for most of the shift
•Comfortable working in a metal-free, ESD-controlled environment
•Willingness to learn and rotate between stations as needed
•Overtime and some Saturdays may be required

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
•Perform inspections, assembly, disassembly, testing, and packaging of operational products and related components
•Follow Work Instructions (WI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure product quality and production targets are met
•Identify defective, non-compliant, or damaged materials and document findings as required
•Receive, verify, inspect, store, and control materials while maintaining proper inventory levels
•Support scrap control and proper material disposition
•Report safety, quality, or production risks immediately
•Comply with Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health regulations
•Participate in continuous improvement activities
•Inspect tools and equipment, reporting malfunctions or replacement needs
•Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area (5S standards)
•Follow ESD requirements, including proper protective clothing and metal-free environment protocols
•Assist with tool control and material flow as needed
•Perform other duties as assigned
