Pay: $16.00$18.00/hour + Shift Premium
2nd Shift Premium: +15%
3rd Shift Premium: +10%
Location: Marietta, OH

Mancan Staffing Marietta is currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Production Operators to join a growing manufacturing team!
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality, and wants to be part of a safety-focused production environment. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to follow processes while maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production equipment in a manufacturing environment
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistent production
Perform quality checks and process inspections throughout production
Follow ISO 9001:2015 quality standards and all safety procedures
Assist with production and warehouse operations as needed
Operate forklifts and safely handle materials and finished products
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Ensure materials are handled safely and efficiently
Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
