In the role of Supply Planning Analyst based in Milwaukee, WI, you will be part of the Beverage Partnerships organization. You will support supply planning processes and contribute to overall supply chain optimization for Molson Coors. This role creates value by helping design and enhance the Molson Coors supply networkโ€”from suppliers through distributors. In addition, you will play a key role in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, aligning Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance leadership on volume, revenue, and supply plans. 

This position reports to Process Lead, Supply Planning and works closely with Supply Planning Analysts, Sales Operation Managers, Distributors, and Logistics Team. 

What Youโ€™ll Be Brewing:โ€ฏ 

โ€ขโ€ฏโ€ฏ โ€ฏContributes detailed supply plans to the sales and operations planning (S&OP) process, and other product supply execution processes 
โ€ขโ€ฏโ€ฏ โ€ฏAssists Senior Supply Planning Analysts in the creation and management of timely and accurate supply chain plans that deliver balanced results related to financial, quality, service, productivity and business growth that delivers MCBCโ€™s annual plan and 3-5 year plan  
โ€ขโ€ฏโ€ฏ โ€ฏIdentifies and builds collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, primarily inside Integrated Supply Chain and Commercial and Sales Organizations 
โ€ขโ€ฏโ€ฏ โ€ฏCompile and verify capacity inputs; including the governance of changes 
โ€ขโ€ฏโ€ฏ โ€ฏIdentify sourcing and capital recommendations to address over-capacity situations 
โ€ขโ€ฏโ€ฏ โ€ฏPrepare routine and ad hoc utilization summaries to be distributed to internal stakeholdersโ€ฏ 

  • Review and cleanup of any past due signals that could drive variances 

  • You are responsible for delivering KPIs for your assigned area of responsibility. 

Key Ingredients:โ€ฏ 

  • Excellent PC (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS-Outlook) and analytical skills, experience in Business Objects and SAP are highly desirable 

  • You have a Bachelorโ€™s degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field OR equivalent work experience.

Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $69,800.00 - $91,600.00 (posting salary range) + 10target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
