Job description

Touchstone Group is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee the company’s daily operations and help run the systems, processes, and accountability needed to support continued growth.

Reporting directly to the President, the Director of Operations will coordinate activities across project management, estimating, field operations, property services, administration, and accounting. This person will ensure that company priorities are translated into clear responsibilities, measurable goals, and consistent execution.

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with experience in construction, real estate, development, or another project‑based business. This position requires someone who can manage people, improve processes, analyze performance, solve problems, and create greater accountability throughout the organization.

This is an opportunity to take a meaningful leadership role in a growing real estate and construction company. The Director of Operations will work directly with ownership, influence major business decisions, develop the team, and help create the operating foundation for Touchstone’s continued expansion.
