What You'll Be Doing
  • Accurately process inbound and outbound truck transactions using scale and dispatch systems.
  • Verify orders, generate tickets, and maintain detailed shipment and inventory records.
  • Provide professional customer service to drivers, customers, and vendors.
  • Coordinate with plant, dispatch, and sales teams to support efficient daily operations.
  • Monitor scale activities and help ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
